A family-run estate that has been present in Mersault for several generations. The earliest documents date back to 1789. In 1974, Christian took over his parents' winery and also acquired his in-laws' in Savigny Lès Beaune. With the arrival of his son Christophe, the vineyards were expanded to the current 9 hectares. The vines average 30 years old, and the farming methods are traditional, following the principles of "integral" cultivation. Vinification and oak aging vary depending on each vintage. Total production is approximately 25,000 bottles: the wines are precise, clean, and as natural as possible.
